About the Position
We are currently seeking an engaged and driven employee for the company's Customer & Sales Support to our French office in Montlhery. In this role, you will have a key position as a coordinator between customers, sales, purchasing, and production/warehouse, responsible for order administration and daily customer contact. The team currently consists of 7 people.
Responsibilities
The tasks for this position varies highly and requires the ability to handle many parallel processes. The main responsibilities include order registration, delivery monitoring, and acting as main customer contact. The position also involves tasks such as updating price agreements and customer registers, invoicing, crediting, and return handling.
We are Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience with the Office suite and one or more ERP systems
- Has at least 3 years of experience in customer service/order/logistics/sales
- Possesses good knowledge of French, English and preferably one more language, both spoken and written
- Enjoys working towards set goals in a team and is self-sufficient in performing assigned tasks
